Who I Am

William Chesnutt is the Founder & CEO of Strategic Development Group LLC. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, a MAM with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from American Military University, Graduate Certificates in Human Capital Leadership and Logistics Management from American Military University, and a Certificate in Design Thinking from the University of California - Riverside. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional – Trainer. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a small business mentor with SCORE. He is pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Development at Capella University. He is the author of The 3P Business Framework.

In his free time, Will enjoys attending MLB games, hiking with his wife, and road trips around the United States.
